Happy Humpday Friends! I'm back with another What I ate Wednesday. My breakfast and lunch has basically been the same thing all week and we did eat out last night because I had a Junior League meeting.
So far this week I am still down 3 pounds and I have worked out twice so far, feeling much more sore this week than last. I am still drinking all my water as well so I feel like I am still on the bandwagon.
BREAKFAST
Fruit Salad with Green Goddess smoothie mixed in. I am mixing this up and eating it before I leave for work in the morning.
LUNCH
I am officially addicted to bagel thins and I have been eating them with everything for the past two weeks. I have been making a toasted bagel thin turkey sandwich with spinach all week and it has been delicious. I have a little cheese on the side and some bell peppers. Sometimes I have the bell peppers with a little spicy hummus.
DINNER
Last night we went with Zaxby's salad. I try to be really healthy about it since their salads can be so full of calories. I don't eat the bread, try to take out the crunchy onions and use light ranch. I usually go with the grilled cobb salad.
