Tackling Life

Last night was the first night in over two months that I haven't had a blog post planned and ready to be written and scheduled. I had a slight panic and just couldn't think about exactly what I wanted to post. I feel like I have been on top of things but also slightly panicking and not really managing my life to the best of my abilities. I have been thinking about time management and deciding how I can really pack in everything I want to do in my day while being efficient for both of my jobs and my life and feel totally fulfilled at the end of the day. I know it's a lot right - you should be inside my brain ;) Managing your life and keeping everything organized is a constant struggle of balance. I find that I seem to bite off more than I can chew sometimes and that results in me burning the candle at both ends. I have to find a happy balance and not chastise myself when I can't fit it all in.

I thought I would share with y'all a few things that I plan on implementing back into my daily life to help me be more productive and to enhance my life.  One of my favorite things to read is the habits of successful people, especially their morning routine which is probably the hardest one for me to tackle. Don't forget to give yourself that me time every single day - it's amazing the time you come up with in a day when you plan it all out. 

5:30 AM - Wake up and go for a run 

6:20 AM Shower, Coffee and 10 minute devotional 

7:00 AM Check blog post and make sure all scheduling is ready to go out 

12:15 PM - Lunch ( healthy option and make sure to drink two water bottles before afternoon ) 

6:30 PM Dinner Prep - eating at home most nights - extra veggies into our routine 

1 hour of veg out time 

Read 30 minutes before bed 

10:30 - Sleep
