Double Double Toil and Trouble! I made these chocolate cookies on Sunday and then I added more chocolate and they were ooey gooey and maybe the best cookies I have ever baked. If you are a chocolate fan you will love these! Have a large glass of milk on hand and make sure you eat them right out of the oven, holy yum! I made the batter and then I added Ghirardelli dark chocolate chunks instead of semi-sweet depending on your chocolate preference. I highly recommend you make these for your Halloween bash this weekend!
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup of butter softened
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 large eggs
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup cocoa powder
2 cups flour
1 cup chocolate chips
RECIPE
Preheat oven to 350
Cream together butter and sugars, mix in vanilla and eggs
Dump in all your dry ingredients except chips and mix altogether
Mix in your chocolate chips
Refrigerate for 10 minutes
Scoop cookie dough onto prepared sheet sprayed with cooking oil or silicone mat
Bake 8-9 minutes depending on your oven
Let them cool and enjoy with a large cup of milk!

They were so yummy I demolished them and now I have to work out double time - totally worth it :) haha!
