With Style and a Little Grace: What to Pack - Beach Vacation

What to Pack - Beach Vacation

Happy Monday and cheers to a short week for me! I am leaving Thursday for my annual Girl's Beach trip in Seaside and I am so excited! All of my besties are scattered all over so I can not WAIT to see all the girls and spend the whole weekend catching up.

I am still working on my packing skills and I definitely still overpack but I have come leaps and bounds over the last few years. The biggest secret I have learned over the years is to pack ahead of time. I know, I know my inner procrastinator has a hard time with this one but it will make your life so much easier. Plan your outfits out and you will end up packing less and you will actually have items that go together and can be worn with multiple things. It's a win win.

1 panama hat
1 beach hat
1 pair of sunglasses
1 fun clutch
1 neutral shoulder bag (something that will go with everything)
2 cover-ups
4 bikinis ( Might be excess but nice to have back ups )
2 pairs of pjs
1 comfy sweater ( in case it's a little chilly)
3 pairs of shorts ( 1 dressy pair)
1 pair of white pants
1 maxi dress
1 day dress
1 semi-dressy dress
2 silk tops
1 crop top
2 casual tops
1 romper
2 flats ( one flip-flop one dressier)
2 heels ( neutral color)

This is everything that I am packing for our beach trip for 3 nights and 4 days. We are going out to dinner two nights and cooking one. We will probably spend most of the day at the beach. I always make sure I know what I am doing and then tailor my looks accordingly. We might do a little shopping too so I make sure to have a cute day look in there. I could probably narrow this down even more but since I am driving I am not too worried about how much I am bringing.

Let me know what you normally like to pack for your beach vacations? On Wednesday I am going to bring you my beauty accessories that I always pack and how I pack them. Thursday is "Whats in my Beach Bag". It's Travel week here onWSLG. Please let me know if you like posts like these and want to see more.

Thank you so much for reading!
