Blueberry Banana + Peanut Butter Smoothie


Last year I got really into smoothies and experimenting with different fruits and veggies to mix in. I still love them and I think they are a great morning option or a mid-morning snack. 
 I have recently gotten back on my major health kick and I am trying to incorporate lots of healthy foods into my daily routine. 
Breakfast is after all the most important meal of the day right ladies? 
This is a great energy boost and a wonderful way to jumpstart your day! 


INGREDIENTS

1 Banana 

Handful of Blueberries

Handful of Spinach

2 large spoonfuls of Peanut Butter

* I usually add chia seeds but didn't have any on hand

Water and several cubes of ice

* You could also do almond milk but I wanted to keep mine a little lower cal

Mix everything in a blender and enjoy! 


These are so delicious and such a healthy way to start your day. I am also loving yogurt and granola and hard boiled eggs as a healthy breakfast option.
