Veggie Lunch Wrap


It's Hump-day y'all! I am coming at ya today with a delicious new lunch idea! I have the hardest time coming up with different things to eat for lunch, I feel like it's the most difficult meal to find variety with, anybody else? I was getting really bored of all my regular lunches   (turkey sammies and salads) and since I am back on my health kick I wanted to add something healthy, delicious, and meatless into my rotation, I am trying to only eat one meal with meat a day - enter the veggie wrap!

 I looked on Pinterest for all the different options and just kind of mixed up some yummy veggies, spinach and hummus and it is tasty! I also added feta yesterday and that was great too!  I found this yummy flatbread in the sundried tomato and it is so good y'all! 

Hummus your bread, throw in all your veggies, a little salt and pepper, wrap and enjoy!
