2015 Resolutions

I hope your first 4 days of 2015 have been wonderful! We have been cleaning, relaxing, and getting a little more organized for the new year. I love a clean slate and a fresh start and January is always the best time to focus on your goals and re-establish where you want to go. I believe we are going to have a ton of new changes this year and Henry and I are looking forward to what the year holds. 

Here are my resolutions

1.)  More cooking, outfit, and DIY posts with better photo quality on this blog

I am so excited for the new changes coming to With Style and a Little Grace. I am slowly learning my new DSLR camera and I am excited about the new photo quality and all the new post ideas to come. I also want to do more videos which is now going to be so much easier with my new camera as well. 

2.) Work-out 3 days a week and add a new class into the mix

The past two months I have slowly but surely gotten out of my work-out routine altogether. It is nonexistent, so I plan on remedying this issue tomorrow after work. I also want to add in at least one class a week. I am thinking about trying out pure barre, which I said I was going to try months ago but never got around to, now is the time. 

3.) Travel // Date outings with Henry 

Since we no longer have any weddings on the horizon, our schedule is wide open. I want to start adding some fun trips that we plan together even if they are just little weekend outings. We love to travel so I think it would be really fun to plan these type things together. 

4.) Money into savings every month

I have started doing this but want to continue this trend and make sure that I don't touch what is in there. This is our house fund and we would love to move as soon as we can. :) 

5.) Clean eating // Meal planning

I started meal-planning in November and it helped me so much to budget my grocery money and to know exactly what I needed at the store. It has saved us so much money and I kind of got away from it during the Holiday festivites. I am planning on starting back on it this week and making sure that everything I incorporate is also healthier meal options. It is so hard to buy the healthy options and save money because frankly the healthy stuff is so expensive. I am going to try and find a happy medium especially while we are trying to save money. 6.) Read 12 Books this year

I used to have so much time to read and now I feel like there is no time at all. I have decided to make an effort to read at least one book a month if not more. 

2014 has been a year of ups and downs. I am truly looking forward to 2015 and I am ready for everything it has in store. This girl is ready!! Thank you so much for reading!!

  1. I am hoping to do more outfit posts this year, as well! I get so discouraged because it's dark when I get home, and I have horrible lighting. So jealous that you have barre classes near you!

    1. Just saw your post and I totally agree - especially now with the time changes it's still hard to get all my ootd posts done on the weekends! I still haven't started the barre classes :( uh oh! Haha still have two months! XO, Gracie
