With Style and a Little Grace: B. Waldorf

B. Waldorf

Happy Tuesday my loves! I was so excited a few weeks back when eShakti contacted me and very kindly allowed me to pick out and taylor a dress of my liking. The fabulous thing about this site is that you can pick an item and then customize it to your own personal desire.

I chose to lengthen my sleeves. You can also change the skirt length and neck line. It is such a cool way to get your own customized version of a certain style and I just love the way mine turned out. My only complaint is that mine turned out a little too big and you really can only tell around the top where it bunches and there is a bit of extra fabric around the hips. I would definitely size down. I am normally a 4 but should have gotten a two in this dress.

I was inspired by one of my favorites - Blair Waldorf in the beginning days of Gossip Girl. I feel like this is something she might wear. I think it is such a fun and girly dress. Perfect for a fabulous girls event or a brunch. Check out their site here for lots of adorable items.

Dress - eShakti C/O
Heels - Target

* side-note I have gotten so much use out of these heels and I love them, totally random buy. I had to have black heels quickly and now I have worn them to everything. They are wearing out quickly. I would like to get a more expensive version that will last longer.

Bag - unknown
Headband - Anthropologie OLD loving this feather version
Nail Polish - Essie Head Mistress

* Questionable what is happening in this photo but it looks a bit like a rain dance ;)
