With Style and a Little Grace: BOOTS - Closet Staples

BOOTS - Closet Staples

As the Fall season approaches.... rather slowly in my opinion, it's hot y'all. I have been thinking about boots, booties, boots. This glorious shoe might be one of my favorite things to buy for the season. They are just so versatile. Dress some great riding boots up with a fun dress or for a day out with jeans and a cute sweater. Booties go with EVERYTHING! Seriously. So here are my top 4 styles that every girl should have in her boot collection. I am working on mine, as always. ;)

This is a must have, ladies. Picture these boots, skinnies, and the perfect crisp white top. CLASSIC. Picture them with your favorite boho dress. Two completely different looks with this classic style boot. In my opinion, these should be an investment. The leather should be high quality so they will last for years to come. I am saving for a Tory Burch pair.

A bootie goes with everything: shorts, skirts, skinnies, dresses, etc. They are the perfect fall shoe to wear with all your outfits. You need a pair in black and a pair in brown. I got a major steal last year with two pairs from Old Navy but I am looking to invest in a higher quality version down the road.
Rag & Bone have been on top of the "bootie" game for several years now. They are a celebrity favorite and are just so well made.  They are said to be super comfortable and the heel always looks like the perfect height to wear during the day and also transition to a fun night out if you want to keep wearing them.

Over the knee boots are fabulous! I say go with the no heel style or it becomes a little too pretty womanish. This cult favorite Stuart Weitzman pair has a great concealed wedge for height, which I love. If I were adding staples I would definitely pick the bootie or the riding boot first but these are a great fun pair to add later on.

Every girl needs a version that is just a little bit dressier. A fun pair that will take any outfit to the next level. I personally think black is the best color to invest in since it goes with everything and is easier to hide scuff marks.

What are y'all's favorite boots or booties for Fall?
