Pumpkin Spice Bread

 
 
Pumpkin has officially taken over my life. I love it! I decided to bake my first pumpkin treat of the season via this recipe I found on Pinterest. This is a great breakfast cake to wrap up and give to friends, family, co-workers or to just enjoy with family which is what my husband and I did last night. He is generally not a pumpkin eater but he actually enjoyed this bread and said he would have it again. Hope you enjoy!

Ingredients
1 15 ounce can pumpkin puree
4 eggs
1 cup vegetable oil
2/3 cup water
3 cups sugar
31/2 cups all purpose flour
2 tsp baking soda
11/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp ground cloves
1/4 tsp ginger
3 TB sugar
1 TB cinnamon


Instructions
 
Grease and flour three 7x3 inch loaf pans. Mix together pumpkin puree, oil, water, eggs, and sugar until well blended in a large bowl. In a separate bowl whisk together remaining ingredients. Combine the dry ingredients with the pumpkin mixture and mix until just blended. Pour into prepped pans. Combine sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle on top of bread mixture. Bake for 50 min at 350.
