With Style and a Little Grace: Its September {Labor Day Weekend Happenings}

Its September {Labor Day Weekend Happenings}

I can't believe it is already September. Where did the summer go? We have been married almost three months!! It is really crazy how time flies. I feel like it is only going to go by faster and faster. We said goodbye to summer this weekend on the water. It was a fabulous weekend filled with fun and lots of delicious food. We watched the first Alabama game (Roll Tide), laid in the sun/rode the boat, and had a little date night! Not a bad way to ring in the fall and say goodbye to summer!
New shoes from Target on sale (can't find them online but they were seriously 5 dollars so check your store)
Sushi date with the hubs
Gluten free cupcakes from Gigis that we got at work on Friday

Packing for the river
What I did all day Saturday

Pure joy for my husband date night doughnuts

We tried a new wings place called Wemos and if you live in Mobile I highly recommend. We got the we-hot and they were so good!
Not a bad Monday breakfast
 Friday before we headed out of town I decided to hit up the Labor Day sales.

I picked up both pairs of these adorable Old Navy booties for Fall. The whole store was 20 % off. I know that I will wear them all fall and winter. I couldn't resist getting both colors!

Gap was having a great sale and I picked up an adorable pink maxi and a cute striped tee.  I can't find them online.

I finished the 50 shades of grey series over the long weekend and was interested to see yesterday who they cast in the movie.

This is not exactly who I pictured as Christian Grey but it will be interesting to see how this pans out. I do like him in Sons of Anarchy!

I hope everyone is getting back into the swing of things this week! I have a short week only working today and tomorrow so I am looking forward to another long weekend!

  2. Great post full of useful tips! My site is fairly new and I am also having a hard time getting my readers to leave comments. Analytics shows they are coming to the site but I have a feeling “nobody wants to be first”.
