Happy Hump day loves! It is crazy town in these parts. One of my best friends is getting married this weekend to kick off the summer of weddings and I could not be more excited. We are getting married in 6 weeks!!!!!!!!!!!!!! In between this busy schedule I have got to make more time to get my fitness on. T

he Beard-Johnston household has been living off take-out and drive through this whole week and I have got to put my foot down. Priority number 1 is to make time for the gym ( even if this means before work.... enter groan here) and to make time for home cooked dinner. I have also got to add more toning (classes like pure barre) to my cardio. Any suggestions to add? Here is my motivation!
