I opened up my DVR last night and remembered that it was the Victoria Secret fashion show. I then proceeded to sit down and stare at my TV for the next hour and contemplate never eating again.... I do this every year. I love to watch this fashion show. The clothes are always so fun and lets be honest this time of year it is great motivation to put the cheese ball down and get back on track. So I marched my booty to the gym this morning at 5 am and got back on the horse. I generally work out 3-4 times a week but with the wedding quickly approaching I need to add some classes and seriously start toning everything. Suggestions on classes are always appreciated!
New workout regimen:
Gym 4-5 days a week
2 classes a week (pilates, bike, purre barre)
Abs 3 times a week
Arms 5 times a week
Diet:
No soda
All calories into myfitnesspal ( this is the best app and has really helped
me count all calories)
